Gadkari to grace ABVP’s National Conference on Dec 25, 26 in Nagpur
Union Minister Nitin Gadkari will be the chief guest of Prof Yashwant Rao Kelkar Youth Award Ceremony
The National Conference of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad is going to be held on 25th and 26th December 2020 at Dr. Hedgewar Smarak Samiti Smriti Mandir Reshimbagh, Nagpur. In this convention members of Central Working Committee will participate in person and 150,000 student karyakartas from 4000 locations across the country will join online. Prior to the National Conference of ABVP, Central Working Committee meeting will be held on December 24 also online meeting of the National Executive Council will be held on the same day from 5 to 7 pm in which various important issues of importance to ABVP will be discussed.
Hon’ble Sarkaryavah of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Shri Bhaiya ji Joshi will be Chief Guest for the inaugural session of the National Conference on December 25th 2020. The inaugural session will be attended by the newly elected National President of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad Prof. Chhaganbhai Patel and the re-elected National General Secretary Ms. Nidhi Tripathi and National Organising Secretary Shri Ashish Chauhan.
Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad in its National Conference awards Prof Yashwant Rao Kelkar Youth Award to talented youth engaged in social service. Prof Yashwant Rao Kelkar Youth Award 2020 will be awarded to Shri Manish Kumar (Back to Village) for ‘Sustainable Agriculture Initiative’, He comes from Vaishali district of Bihar and completed his Integrated Post Graduate from IIT Kharagpur. This Yashwant Rao Kelkar Youth Award will be awarded on December 26, by Hon’ble Union Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari.
During the National Convention, resolutions on academic and contemporary issues will be passed, in which the major topics are-
1.Prompt implementation of the National Education Policy that reflects the spirit of nationalism
2.National Scenario
3.Self-reliant India – An Identity of Prosperous India
4.Corona and India
During the press conference, Nidhi Tripathi, National General Secretary , Harsha Narayana, National secretary ; Rahul Chaudhary, National Media Convener; Ravi Dange, State Secretary Vidarbh, were present.
